Polyester
Plain film:
10 different types ranging in thickness from 36 gauge to 7 mil. Film can be corona treated 0, 1 or both sides.
Typical applications:
Coating, Graphic Arts, Laminations, Solar Control, General Packaging, Encapsulation, Stamping Foil, Printing, Metallizing and Electrical
Chemically Treated:
25 different types ranging in thickness from 44 gauge to 6 mil. Film can be treated 1 or both sides.
Typical applications:
Printing, Lamination, Graphic Arts, Diazo, UV Coating, Membrane Switch, Static Free Printing, Solvent or Water Based Printing, Silicone Coating and Release Liner
Metallized:
7 different types ranging in thickness from 44 gauge to 6 mil. Film can be corona treated 0, 1, or both sides.
Typical Applications:
Packaging, Graphic Arts, Stamping Foil, Lidding, Agricultural and Balloons
Shrinkable:
Offered in 160, 180 and 200 gsuge. Special characteristics include no environmental hormones (Dioxin), high shrink speed, low shrink temperature, excellent stability, excellent printability, excellent weatherability and no "fish eyes".
Typical Applications:
Bottle label, theft resistant and childproof bottle closure
Retortable PET Film With Boiling Resistance:
Available in 44 or 48 gauge. Can be corona and/or chemically treated as well as metallized. Film is suitable for printing and lamination.
CA21 Series - Peelable Seal Film:
Available in 48 or 92 ga. Suitable for ovenable bags, self venting microwavable lidding for steam release, dual oven lidding for microwave and conventional oven use.
Nylon
Tenter Frame and Blown films are available. Several grades of biaxially oriented nylon are available for your needs.
Film is offered in 48, 60 and 100 gauge thicknesses.
Typical Applications:
General packaging, Retort packaging, Metallizing and Balloons
Polypropylene
Coextruded, broad seal range, printable and suitable for thermal or adhesive lamination. Film available in high gloss, super clear, white opaque, cavitated pearl, matt finish and antifog.
"Synthetic Paper" a white cavitated opaque film suitable for blow mold label applications, injection mold label applications, banners and conventional labels.
Cast PP for snack food, ice cream, heat seal layer for paper lidding and bakery applications.
